When Deb lived in Mexico in the town of Tasquillo the Arteaga family lived on the other side of the main road into town. Mrs. Arteaga, mother of ten children, was a weaver and also sold tacos in the plaza. The youngest daughter, Carolina, was born with one leg shorter than the other.
